Preparing for Shipment
- This means we’re currently processing and packing the goodies for you.
- Orders will be processed at CST12:00 from Monday to Friday, and subsequent orders will be processed the next business day.
- You'll receive an email in 24Hrs to let you know we received your order, please confirm your order information. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
- In order to better serve our customers, we will fulfill the order according to the confirmation email information and deliver the goods within 1-3 business days.
- If the information is incomplete and cannot be shipped/out of stock, we will contact you to replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced within 5 days, we will remove the product or cancel the order and refund.
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel This Order" link.
- Your order has left our warehouse.
- If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Please make sure that your address information in your order is complete and correct that would damage your benefit. We will not pay for any loss caused by incomplete/incorrect/unaccepted address etc.
- We will inform you with delivery email notification

Returning Online Purchases
- Shipping and product quality problems
- Due to shipping and product defective quality problems, we will refund 100%. You should contact services within 7 days of delivery.
- Return within 30 days of purchase
- Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with you, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to request a return or replacement, please contact customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide the order number, return and exchange card, and explain your reason. We would proceed your request in 2 business days
- Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product.
- Refunds will only be honored if during the initial fitting the product is determined to be a poor fit, function, and/or the product is affecting the health or healing of the patient.
- Visual inspection may be required.The brace must be in resale condition to receive a refund. This means that the brace cannot have hair, wear, dirt, and/or no modifications can have been made to the brace. If the packaging is damaged there will be a 20% relisting fee deducted from that product's refund. After we receive the brace back, we will evaluate its condition and then issue a refund.
- Return the product in its original packaging, you should send product back to Shopifo center, contact to email@example.com to get returning address.
- Please note that non-product quality problems or shipping damage. If the customer remorses the purchase and applies for a refund, each order will be non-refundable minus $8 shipping cost.
- If you had special situation, please contact customer service by email, provide the order number, return or exchange card, and explain the reason for your return or exchange.
- At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. We would refund you Up to 50% of the value of the returned goods, shipping charges $8 included in the price are non-refundable.
